CASA BEIGE is a whole floor of the villa and an attic, 3 communicating units separated by an internal hall, 3
independent access, sq. Mt. 210 (2259 ft2). 3 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms (4/5 double and 1/2 twin
on request), 5 shower rooms (WC, bidet, washstand, shower), open garret living room study (loft). Two living
rooms with fireplace and direct access to the private garden equipped for outdoor meals; 3 fully equipped
kitchen areas (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and electric stove - 2 and 4 fires).
In every room independent heating during winter (usually OCT 1ST – MARCH 31ST ), airco during summer (usually JUL 1ST – AUG 31ST ), Sat TV, DVD on request, safe.
Natural warm water (about 40°C-105 °F) open air panoramic pool always available 24 h, panoramic
swimming pool (14x6x1,40) from June till October, barbecue, shady patio, laundry facilities, reserved parking
are free.
